Senior Prompt Engineer
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
We’re seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain the proprietary prompt systems that power our AI agent orchestration platform. You’ll be at the forefront of prompt engineering, creating the instructions that enable our multi-agent systems to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and optimize advanced prompt systems for complex software development tasks
- Build prompt frameworks that enable reliable, repeatable AI agent behavior
- Develop testing and validation methodologies for prompt effectiveness
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-executable instructions
- Research and implement cutting-edge prompt engineering techniques
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt development
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and behavior patterns
- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration
- Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Track record of building reliable, production-grade systems
- Passion for pushing the boundaries of what AI can accomplish
Bonus Points:
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Background in computational linguistics or NLP
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Experience with AI safety and alignment
Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in training and retraining Large Language Models. You’ll work on fine-tuning, adapting, and optimizing LLMs to enhance our AI agent capabilities and create specialized models for software development tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Train and fine-tune LLMs for specialized software development tasks
- Design and implement efficient retraining pipelines for model updates
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and effectiveness
- Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM training techniques
- Collaborate with prompt engineers to improve model-prompt synergy
- Build infrastructure for continuous model improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of machine learning engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience training or fine-tuning LLMs
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Strong knowledge of distributed training and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python and ML infrastructure tools
- Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing
- Track record of deploying ML models to production
Bonus Points:
- Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
- Knowledge of quantization, pruning, and model compression
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment platforms
- Publications or contributions to ML research
